- 8 tbsp Tahini
- 4 tbsp Za’atar
- 1 Whole Lemon
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Pinch Pepper
- 175 ml Water
Combine: Tahini, lemon juice and zest, sesame oil and za’atar in a bowl, and mix well.
Gradually Whisk: Add water a little at a time, whisking constantly, until a smooth dressing forms.
Adjust: Add more water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
Season: With salt and pepper to taste.
- The mixture may seize up as you add the water, but will loosen up as you continue whisking.
- This recipe makes a thin dressing. Use less water for a thicker consistency.
