Vegan Mince

The ultimate quick and tasty vegan mince! Perfect for tacos, chili, pasta... basically anything you'd use ground meat for.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Extra firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp MSG
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil

Instructions

  • Thoroughly mash the tofu with a fork, aiming for a fine, crumbly texture.
  • Fry the tofu over medium-high heat until very crispy on all sides.
  • Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle the MSG over the tofu.
  • Immediately add the soy sauce and stir to coat evenly.
