Ingredients

  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Small Onion
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Chilli
  • 30 g Coriander

Instructions

  • Marinate: Chop onion and chilli, combine with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let sit 15 mins.
  • Chop: Chop tomatoes and coriander.
  • Combine: Mix all ingredients. Serve.
