Instructions
Blend:
Combine silken tofu, sunflower oil, lactic acid, MSG, salt, nutritional yeast, tapioca starch, miso, water, onion powder, and garlic powder in a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Transfer:
Pour the mixture into a squeezy bottle.
Enjoy:
Use as you would any other liquid vegan mozzarella.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
